I have had unfailing good customer service with Comfort Flow Heating. When there is a problem, they go out of their way to problem-solve the situation. The technicians have been thorough, patient, and attentive to the needs of my old system. The repair of our HVAC was excellent! During an uncommon heat wave we realized our system was not cooling. We called Comfort Flow and were told they had 200 calls to assist and they would do all they could to get to our needs quickly.
Within a week the techs were here and thoroughly assessed the system. In less than an hour all systems were go. We were so pleased and relieved. The techs were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Comfort flow for peace of mind.
