The technician was professional and efficient. He showed us how to fix a problem ourselves to save money. I especially appreciated that he didn't try to talk me into a repair I didn't need, which has been my experience with other companies.

As always, we got two courteous and efficient young men(one was in training) to do our heat pump checkup.

Our heat pump quit working, and a technician came out the same day we called and figured out what was wrong. He did careful diagnostics, determined that it was a problem with the defrost cycle. He rechecked to make sure that was correct.
It is not repaired yet, as we are waiting for a part, but he showed us how to get the heat pump working again if the same thing happened. He also reassured us that it was OK to run the emergency heat.

Very professional all around. We purchased a home with the original HVAC equipment, and it was in need of replacement. They got us a quick and very reasonable quote for the amount of work we were having done. They were able to install within a few weeks, and had the project done in 3 days. Their team of David, Tyler, Lupe, Manuel, Jorden, and Jorge, did a fantastic job. The install was clean and easy, and they were very carful inside and out of the house.
I would highly recommend any of their services!

Fast response. Accurate and totally transparent information along with an immediate repair. How could it be better. I'll always work with Comfort Flow. My technician was ready and completely comfortable with our animal. She has felt great about everyone from CF and we trust her most of all.
