Gentleman named Hooker was my rep. He was very friendly, helpful and delightful to have and I felt all my equipment was in good hands. We had Comfort Flow come out after a power outage where our furnace stopped working. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and fixed it right away. And stuck around for 20 minutes, verifying the correct operation of the equipment before he left.

The tech's visit was extremely helpful. Learned the reason the fan kept going on was that I had it on circulation, so that was an easy fix.
Also learned that the ducts need to be cleaned, so need to make an appointment for that.

Office staff very nice and prompt response and follows thru quickly with phone calls etc. Our technician, Gage was very professional and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend Comfort Flow!!
