I'd never had a ductless system and worked with Kyle to install 3 indoor and 2 outdoor units. I'm not the easiest customer sometimes and Kyle worked with me to get everything just as I wanted it. The guys who did the install were top-notch. I'm guessing you might be able to find a less expensive company, but I would rather use this company with the experience and ability to do the job right.
