My AC unit was not working at full capacity, and it was almost 100 degrees outside. I called Comfort Flow, and they had a technician here within an hour and fixed the issue. Did I mention this was on a Sunday? Yup. Love this company! They are so great!

We wanted to replace our 16 year old HVAC system and purchase a better, more efficient system. We had not done business with Comfort Flow before but knew they had a pretty good reputation in town and carried good quality brands. They also support some local non-profits (e.g. CASA, Kid Sports), and other community organizations (e.g. Eugene Symphony). This also influenced our decision.
The Mitsubishi Heat Pump system we purchased is excellent - quiet, very efficient, etc., but we were very disappointed with the thermostat that came with it (unfortunately, I had not researched this aspect of the system) and learned that the Mitsubishi system is not compatible with a lot of thermostats on the market. Working with our sales rep, Kyle, we tried several different methods to make the Mitsubishi thermostat work for us. It didn't.
So Comfort Flow modified the Mitsubishi system to accompany an excellent Honeywell thermostat that we are very pleased with. We now feel we have a first class heat pump system that can be controlled either through the thermostat or through the app on our cell phones.
Kyle is a good problem solver and was great to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to our concerns. The same can be said for all of the Comfort Flow technicians who installed the systems components and cleaned the duct work.
Bottom line - we're glad we went with Comfort Flow.
