We purchased a service contract for our system to be checked twice a year. We do not have to worry, we get called that it is time, and schedule an appointment. They arrive, get to work and done. All systems are checked, new filters and let us know if anything is wrong. The workers are absolutely professional, nice and knowledgeable. The receptionist and the technician that came out to service our furnace were A-1. My only issue with the Company is that they have no options for seniors who live on a fixed income and has to wait for their SS. Because of this issue, we had to wait through the 20+ degree temps for a week, relying on just some electric oil radiators to keep us warm. Anyway, the technician said that the furnace is fine, but the module for the furnace in the breaker box need to be replaced. We were asked to wait until an electrician was called to set up an appointment. I hope it's soon.
