Amazing experience with Colton this week. We recently moved from across the country and haven't ever had a furnace. Colton took his time and patiently and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know in order to properly maintain the system between services. He was also very thorough with the cleaning and maintenance he performed on the condenser and the furnace itself. He was also incredibly professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better HVAC technician. We signed up for a maintenance contract based on how impressed we were with Colton and the work he performed, how much care he took in cleaning up after himself, the time he took and effort he put into educating us about our system. Of course my HVAC goes out on Friday, before the big 3 day weekend. I called Comfort Flow for help. They walked me thru some steps but nothing worked. I was put on a list to be helped that day.
