They did the original HVAC install back in 2014. It has been a good system. Several times I've had to call for emergency service due to unrelated household voltage issues. Not only have they always been reachable, they are always quick to respond, resolve the issue and for a reasonable cost. They don't try to upsell anything and their technicians have always been super professional and friendly and enthusiastic about resolving the issue.

Every single person from this business who I dealt with in-home was amazing from start to finish! Shout out to Dawson, Kyle, Lynn, David R, Mason B, and Jorge S for the amazing customer service from start to finish. I can't speak to the office folks, as someone else set up the appointments, but I'm certain customer service is a priority for the company and have no doubt they were wonderful too. David especially made sure that I knew the exact plan and how to operate everything before finishing the job. I would recommend this company to anyone needing heating/cooling work done!

Gage just did our Mitsubishi ductless annual maintenance this week and did a great job! Super courteous and thorough. Very pleased with the service we've received.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Comfort Flow Heating & AC. The service from the initial consultation with Kyle H. through installation, clean-up and follow-up were exemplary! Our Mitsubishi ductless unit was installed in a day by Jared H. & Axel P. They did an excellent job, were super polite and considerate of our property.
We also had extensive electrical work done by Mary-Marie S. & Jordan. From a new electric panel, new thermostats, radiator and electrical outlets they went above and beyond to get our work done and done well.
All our interactions with the Comfort Flow staff have been excellent. Special kudos also to Julie in electrical for her helpful assistance in the coordination of our electrical projects and answering all my questions.
I highly recommend Comfort Flow Heating & AC.

My thermostat was not working when I woke up and I had no heat. I called Comfort Flow and a technician came to my home within a few hours. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. I have been a customer for many years and I highly recommend Comfort Flow.
