Your specialist, Dylan, was very friendly answering all of our questions. The tune-up was done in a very efficient manner with the area left neat and clean. We were very satisfied. Good job Comfort Flow.

I just wanted to commend Ryan Upshaw for an excellent work on my furnace unit. He diagnosed my problem, replaced the controller board and thermometer. Everything work like a charm....thanks Ryan!

David came out last week and replaced the gas valve in our furnace. He was great and explained all info asked for. Dealt with me and also the owners of the house in a professional manner. Was also really great with my son, answering tons of questions and pointing out things in the process of fixing things. Thanks David.

This is to say thanks again a tune-up performed by Dylan Bernatzki on my system a couple of days ago. Not only did Dylan perform the tune up tasks he went the extra mile and installed a set of noise reducing pads I'd purchased off amazon. Well worth it btw. Dylan also noticed a problem with the wiring in the unit and pursued it and was able to get it fixed that day.
It doesn't get much better than that.

I am writing to express my profound thanks for your reimbursement of my recent repair invoice. This was a surprising and extremely generous action on your part.
To recap the repair issue , 18 month old Trane HVAC system needed a new expansion valve which was a covered by the warranty. What the warranty did not cover was the 6 hours of labor to replace the valve, and the new freon that was necessary, which amounted to $840. I felt the manufacturer needed to take more responsibility for this product and i contacted Comfort Flow last week for the purpose of finding out who i should write to at TRane to get the best ear for my complaint.

Imagine my surprise when i was told by Ken that Comfort Flow was going to refund my money. When i argued that the fault was not Comfort Flows and i had nothing but praise for your company over your many year of service to me, Ken told me in effect that i was a loyal customer and your company had decided to refund my payment of this invoice.
