I am writing to express my profound thanks for your reimbursement of my recent repair invoice. This was a surprising and extremely generous action on your part. To recap the repair issue , 18 month old Trane HVAC system needed a new expansion valve which was a covered by the warranty. What the warranty did not cover was the 6 hours of labor to replace the valve, and the new freon that was necessary, which amounted to $840. I felt the manufacturer needed to take more responsibility for this product and i contacted Comfort Flow last week for the purpose of finding out who i should write to at TRane to get the best ear for my complaint. Imagine my surprise when i was told by Ken that Comfort Flow was going to refund my money. When i argued that the fault was not Comfort Flows and i had nothing but praise for your company over your many year of service to me, Ken told me in effect that i was a loyal customer and your company had decided to refund my payment of this invoice.
